Pale light straw with a tinge of green hue. Attractive pear and nectarine aromas with pear and stone fruit on the palate and a lingering finish.

Gentle pressing with free run juice being used for this wine. Fermented and matured in stainless steel at between 12-14 degrees celsius to ensure the vibrancy of fruit and zesty acidity shine in our wine.

2025 was a good season with predominantly mild, dry days. Yields were generally low and this did result in some excellent parcels of fruit being harvested. Vine-balance was carefully monitored, resulting in fruit that demonstrates the vibrancy and fruit derived characters that we strive for in our wines.
