This delicious sparkling wine is pale straw in colour with aromas of fresh
floral and tropical fruit characters. Melon and citrus characters on the palate
and the subtle sweetness is balanced with a crisp natural acid finish.

Winemaking Notes
Fruit was harvested at night to retain freshness of flavour. Grapes were lightly
pressed, cool fermentation was followed by minimal handling and then
secondary fermentation prior to bottling.
